What you'll do

• Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program's objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, business sponsors, and team members.
• Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy‑in for program initiatives.
• Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards, to provide oversight and guidance.
