Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Delivery Lead to support large-scale, enterprise technology initiatives spanning multiple development teams and platforms. This individual will act as a senior delivery authority, partnering closely with technology leadership and serving as a proxy in delivery forums when required. The Delivery Lead will oversee multiple Agile teams across platform development, production support, and shared services, supporting approximately 14 developers and enabling delivery across a broader ecosystem of up to 15 dependent development teams.
This role operates within a complex, multi-channel environment supporting customer-facing and banker-facing applications across both U.S. and Canadian markets.
