Job Description

The Senior Delivery Lead will drive an integrated transformation across Home Financing and Personal Lending, leading an internal project and the lift and shift of teams from legacy locations to a new operating model enabled by Vobe and GenAI capabilities. They will own end to end delivery of up to six concurrent initiatives through Q3, ensuring front line mortgage and lending teams are supported through meaningful, well sequenced change. This role requires deep engagement with sales and front line stakeholders to understand change impact, align solutions to real workflows, and clearly articulate how initiatives ladder up to broader business outcomes. The Delivery Lead will step into proof of concept ideas that risk stalling, stabilizing them by scheduling work, rewriting business cases, and coordinating cross functional delivery.
