Customer Service. Greet and take care of every customer that enters the department. Address all customer requests and concern in a timely manner.Uphold department standards by ordering, pricing, and merchandising all deli/bakery items.Ensure that all deli/bakery products are up to company standards of freshness and prepared according to company procedures.Manage the deli/bakery associates by allocating and assigning tasks based on business needs.Staff the department. Partake in interviews for your department.
