DEI and Culture Development Lead
Job Description
The DEI & Culture Development Lead plays a strategic role in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization by catalyzing and aligning initiatives that strengthen governance, membership engagement, and organizational culture.
The role ensures that DEI-related priorities identified in the Strategic Plan are operationalized into sustainable practices and involves working collaboratively across departments and divisions, with the Staff, Board, volunteers, and members.
This role functions as a cross-organizational connector, enabling alignment, integration, and measurable impact across the organization. They also assist with the planning of culture development events within the DEI realm for staff, volunteers and members.
