DeFi Product Manager - Shenzhen based

We are supporting a leading institutional-grade RWA (real‑world asset) DeFi protocol focused on tokenized credit, real‑yield products, and fully collateralized, composable primitives. Emphasis is placed on robust risk management, on‑chain transparency, legal structuring, and credit enhancement to meet the standards of traditional financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire product journey—from initial concept validation and requirement gathering to drafting technical PRDs, overseeing execution, and driving post‑launch refinements.
• Stay ahead of global trends in DeFi and TradFi to design agile roadmaps that capitalize on market shifts while maintaining rigorous risk management standards.
• Leverage deep analytics to optimize user flows, enhance system stability, and maximize capital efficiency, ensuring a best‑in‑class user experience.
