You will be responsible for intakes, orientations, and direct assistance, creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients. Your strong background in helping individuals with addictions and mental health will be critical in meeting their diverse needs effectively. A commitment to ethical practice is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and supervise homeless adults facing challenges
• Manage referrals and connect clients to needed services
• Complete necessary records and maintain data
• Assist new staff in providing effective care
• Ensure compliance with health and safety programs
Requirements:
• Related Certificate or Grade 12 plus 2 years’ experience
• Knowledge of community addiction and health resources
• Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate...
