Dedicated Personal Support Worker Needed
Job Description
Support health and independence as a Personal Support Worker. Provide compassionate in-home care to enhance clients' well-being and comfort.
This role focuses on empowering clients to live safely at home with dignity. You will assist with personal care, monitor health status, and engage in light housekeeping activities as needed. Availability to work weekends is crucial for providing consistent support.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide personalized care to individual clients • Monitor and document changes in client conditions • Assist with mobility and perform light exercises • Execute housekeeping tasks as directed in care plans • Maintain a safe, organized environment
Requirements: • Certification in Personal Support Work required • Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening • Valid immunization record and negative TB test • G2/G driver’s license and reliable vehicle necessary • Effective English communication skills; bilingual is a plus
