Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Salary: COP $4,500,000 (includes remote work allowance of COP $130,000)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote + in-office)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in collections or debt recovery, preferably in banking or legal sectors.
• Education: Student or graduate in administrative, financial, or accounting fields.
• Languages: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
