Dealer Performance Monitoring Specialist – Zeekr & Lynk & CoWe are looking for adata-driven Dealer Performance Monitoring Specialistto oversee and optimize the performance of the Zeekr and Lynk & Co dealer network in Mexico.This role plays a critical part in ensuring KPI compliance, improving dealer profitability, and enabling fact-based decision-making at the leadership level.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor wholesale and retail sales performance against monthly and annual targetsTrack dealer KPIs across sales, aftersales, customer experience, and operationsAnalyze lead management performance (conversion rates, funnel health, response time)Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance reportsEvaluate dealer financial performance (ROS, ROI, profitability, cost structure)Identify risks and performance gaps, providing actionable insightsSupport strategic planning through structured data analysis and reportingManage SSI and Mystery Shopper programs, including action plan follow-...
