Database Administrator - Insight Global (Mississauga)

Days on site: 4x/week in Toronto

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Database Administrator in a banking or financial services environment
• Strong hands‑on experience with DB2 (core requirement)
• Experience working with MySQL or similar relational databases
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale production databases
• Solid understanding of database performance tuning, optimization, and high-availability setups
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects/programs
• Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior experience supporting AML, Fraud, or Financial Crime technology teams
• Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
