Data Scientist I- 4 Month Internship/Co-op (Fall 2026)

Responsibilities

• Transform complex data sets into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Complete high-quality coding and leverage commonly used packages and libraries to perform assigned technical tasks.
• Gain experience working with various types of data, including geomatics, telematics, textual data, and image data.
• Apply technical skills in Python, NLP/LLM.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• Available for full‑time, 35 hours per week, for the Fall 2026 Term (September to December).
• Must be an active student during the internship and/or returning to school in Winter 2027 after the internship.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
