Pinchin Canada is looking for a Data Entry & PCM Administrator to support our team with accurate and efficient data management in the Asbestos Laboratory in Mississauga, ON. This backfill opportunity will report directly to the Laboratory Manager.
Role Overview
This position combines hands‑on laboratory support with precise data management, requiring strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including reception duties and coordination between lab and field teams.
- Assist with inventory management and procurement of lab supplies.
- Prepare Certificate of Analysis revisions and email revised reports.
- Send afternoon reports to clients.
- Log samples (regular and rush) in the laboratory information management system.
