Data Engineer (Ingeniero de Datos)Location: Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey) – Hybrid as per Infosys Mexico policy (CDT/EDT time)Role OverviewAs Data Engineer you’ll design, build, and maintain modern data pipelines on AWS that power analytics and business decision‑making. You’ll work hands‑on with services like AWS Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, DMS, and EventBridge to ingest and transform data from multiple sources into scalable data platforms. You’ll store and analyze data using S3, Redshift, and Athena, write clean and efficient data processing logic in Python and SQL, and work with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and Amazon Redshift. Version control and collaboration are handled through GitHub, and you’ll help ensure data security, auditing, and compliance using AWS CloudTrail.
