**Job Description**:The People Services Delivery Excellence team drives the project, analytic and automatization engine that support our management, Operations teams, and business partners to make informed decisions to improve ROI and Employee Experience.We drive a system of working that puts data, analytics, and technology at the core of every decision.
**Responsibilities**:- Deliver data insights involving a combination of data, visuals and narrative to explain what is happening in the operation and why the insights from data are important.
- Establish holistic and top-down structured analytical approaches focused on data storytelling.
- Support People Services Operations in the development of KPI goal tracking.
