Responsibilities
- To work with IT teams to provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise and represent Identity and Access Management (IAM) on all projects where Identity and Access Management (IAM) input is required;
- To be the main point of contact for all business partners and internal customers;
- Work collaboratively with Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams/peers around Group HSBC;
- Fulfil requests according to approved workflow tools and environments;
- Regularly provide evidence to internal Monitoring and Controls Platform team as well as for Audit requests;
- Translate technical information into consumable reports that can be shared with business and technology stakeholders;
- Promote best practices in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and communicate the importance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls standards to our supported business partners.
