Were seeking an experienced CX Training Lead to join our CX team in Barcelona Hybrid The mission of ensuring the training needs are coordinated and managed for the assigned delivery centers ensuring a high training quality standard
By proactively addressing inefficiencies and mitigating risks this individual will contribute directly to safeguarding eDOs financial health and enhancing overall organizational efficiency This will involve close collaboration with crossfunctional teams to analyze existing processes pinpoint vulnerabilities and develop and execute strategies that promote cost savings optimize resource allocation and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
