CX Consultant
Job Description
Our consulting client is looking for a CX Consultant to join their team. This will be for 6+ months, fulltime hours per week, remote, and starting in September.
Rate range is $85-90 per hour, cad/ T4.
What you'll be doing:
- You will be a senior individual contributor supporting the CX Strategist across research, synthesis and artifact creation.
- Conduct behavioral data analysis, competitive benchmarking, GEO/AI search visibility audits.
- Build personas, journey maps, opportunity maps, experience principles.
- Draft client vision, design briefs and to-be journey artifacts.
Must haves:
- 6+ years in CX or UX Consulting
- Qualitative and Quantitative research experience
- Figma/Miro proficiency
