Job Posting Title: Customs Specialist (Release Agent)

Compensation: Salary starting at $41,000 per year, plus eligible benefits, in accordance with experience and internal equity
Responsibilities
- Set up and release of shipments being imported into Canada
- Track and trace incoming shipments
- Process courier shipments
- Identify tasks that require special handling, recommend process improvements, and implement resolutions within assigned scope of responsibility
- Adhere to all Standard operating Procedures and Policies set in place by the department and organization
- Provide input and be an active participant at weekly team briefings
