**What You’ll Be Doing**
As a **Tenant Relations Specialist**, you’ll be the friendly, organized, and proactive point of contact for our tenants after they move in and before their lease ends. Your goal is to gather feedback and guide tenants through lease renewals to ensure tenant satisfaction and high occupancy across our portfolio.
