About the Role
Miovision is seeking a highly organized Customer Support Specialist to act as frontline support for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) customers. You will resolve technical issues, guide customers through installations and upgrades, and ensure smooth traffic flow in our support queue.
Role Overview
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, diagnosing hardware/software/networking issues, providing solutions, and escalating complex cases to engineering teams. The role requires bilingual communication (French and English) and strong technical troubleshooting skills.
