The Customer Support Analyst will support commercial activities in Brazil, ensuring accurate quotes, timely order processing, and excellent customer service. Based in São Paulo – SP (or nearby region) with a hybrid work model, this role suits professionals with experience in sales support and customer‑facing roles.
What’s your role?
- Sales Support & Quoting : Prepare and enter quotes into internal systems with high accuracy and send them to customers promptly.
- Order Management Support : Process local orders from receipt to invoicing, ensuring all internal requirements are met and information is correctly registered.
- Customer Service : Act as primary contact for customers regarding quotes, orders, and delivery status.
