Customer Support Advisor

Overview

Brandt is currently seeking an Outside Parts & Service Representative for our Red Deer Construction and Forestry location. This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting and selling Material Handling parts and service, as well as providing after sales support to new and existing customers.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction
• Assist the Parts & Service departments to increase profitability and performance
• Regularly prospect and cold call new accounts to discuss new promotions and programs
• Implement yearly territory plan including a customer target list to maximize sales potential
• Visit customers in Area of Responsibility (AOR); a minimum of 1 visit per month
