We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to joint our team! You will be the first point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.   • Maintain customer satisfaction during interactions;

  • Tracks orders with the planning and shipping team to meet customer needs;
