Elevate customer experiences at FundGuard as a Principal Consultant II in Toronto. This full-time position focuses on client implementations, ensuring seamless onboarding of our investment accounting platform.
In your role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the entire implementation process. You will serve as a technical liaison while educating clients on best practices and solving complex issues. Your hands-on approach will drive client satisfaction as you engage with various accounting teams throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
