- Own account management: align with merchants, deliver performance report, drive upsell and referrals
- Define and manage NRR, retention, and expansion metrics
**Role Summary**
Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and growth with merchants and buyers.
Own post-launch engagement, ensuring activation, increased usage, and measurable value, while collaborating closely with Growth, Ops, and Risk teams.
