Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Consult customers on all raised questions related to our websites.
- Work timely, speedily and effectively with customer requests.
- Resolve all customer issues with the goal of customer retention.
- Promote our websites to customers upon opportunity.
- Maintain a high level of service quality.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; Japanese, Spanish, or Chinese considered a benefit.
- Experience working with international customers.
- Fast typing skills in English.
- Quick learner able to absorb large volumes of information.
- Ability to psychologically analyze people and be sensitive to their emotions.
