Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain open and effective communication with distributors and STEP partners.
- Coordinate meetings and calls with the sales team to introduce the program to potential partners and reinforce its benefits.
- Serve as the main representative of the STEP program, communicating updates, improvements, and tool launches to internal and external stakeholders.
- Uphold Hanwha’s values and promote loyalty and transparency within the partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the STEP team to propose initiatives for partner recruitment, reactivation, and retention across program levels.
- Review and process new partner applications, ensuring alignment with STEP partner guidelines.
- Analyze POS reports to conduct monthly audits and develop action plans with key accounts.
