Job Description
What will the candidate do?
The candidate will manage a portfolio of customer accounts and approximately 160 monthly shipments, ensuring daily operational execution, on‑time pickup and delivery, and proactive communication with customers, shippers, and internal teams. They will coordinate shipment coverage, monitor track & trace, PODs, unbilled and service issues, prepare and share weekly and monthly KPIs for their assigned accounts, and support the onboarding and growth of new business within their assigned portfolio.
