Customer Service Talent

Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls in English (90%).
• Provide support in payment processes and factoring operations.
• Enter and update information in CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Follow up on requests and incidents.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.

Extended Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders and order changes via email, EDI, and enter these into JD Edwards (JDE).
• Communicate with customers via phone (conference calls as needed) and email.
• Answer customers’ questions on price and availability.
• Provide stock availability, factory lead-times, and tracking information.
