Customer Service Specialist
Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for processing sales orders and managing customer interactions throughout the entire order lifecycle. Acting as the primary point of contact, the role ensures accurate order entry, timely follow‑ups, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The specialist manages inquiries, connects with internal teams, and maintains clear communication to ensure accuracy, timely resolution, and service excellence.
This position reports to the Sr Customer Service Manager and is part of the LATAM Operations located in São Paulo, and will be an on‑site role.
What You Will Do
- Enter, process, and manage sales orders accurately and on time in CRM Sales Force/ERP systems
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including order confirmations, changes, returns, and cancellations
