Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Sales Agent to join our growing team. This is a chat-only role (no phone calls) where you’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and actively identify sales opportunities through digital communication channels.

- Location: Hybrid - Medellín (2 days on-site per week)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
