About The RoleNOTE: This is NOT a remote position. The applicant must be able to work from our Puebla, Mexico office.
Responsibilities- Assist customers by providing accurate product information and addressing questions or concerns in a helpful and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting technical problems, resolving billing disputes, or addressing product/service-related questions.
