The Customer Service Representative
The primary responsibility is to maintain ongoing business relationships with the customer base by responding to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions and customer concerns.
This role represents the customers’ needs and goals to ensure the highest level of quality.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required , with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
