The function of the Customer Service Agent is to be a link between the customer and our Company, ensuring the customer's value and providing a greater experience.
The role focuses on collaborating with sales and shipping teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery processes and assisting customers with inquiries related to orders, order processes, order follow-up, cancellation, and troubleshooting.ResponsibilitiesEnter customer orders (resolve ambiguities) in ERP/CRM software.Confirm order shipping date, location, time for delivery and respond to other inquiries.Write proforma invoices.Communicate discrepancies with customer orders (credit, MOQ, price, locations, number of products).
