What you will do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Ensure proper claim handling for Packaging Material (PM) and Additional Material (AM);Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement in PM and AM supply chain service levels using the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology;Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM) to ensure smooth order processing;Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly related to customer satisfaction;Contribute to the continuous improvement of finished goods inventory levels;We believe you have
