**Working Hours:**

+ **8-hour shift scheduled anytime between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday** , based on business needs.
+ This role requires working **100% onsite during the first 6 months,** and continuing onsite presence depends on business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide outstanding customer service in invoicing, administration, order management, quotations, and master data.
+ Handle partner concerns and complex customer requirements, working strictly within guidelines and collaborating with sales, distribution, and finance teams to resolve issues.
