Lutron has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative - Invoicing, to join our team in Cartago Costa Rica. At Lutron, we put the customer first in all that we do. Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing for key accounts and service contract customers, including both pre-sale and post-sale activities
  • Locate and verify customer accounts in Salesforce for accurate billing
  • Create and maintain Service Contracts and Work Orders to support service delivery
  • Support customer onboarding through portals, including registration, ACH setup, and Certificate of Insurance collection
