ResponsibilitiesManage large amounts of incoming calls and provide accurate product and service information.Type numerical and text data rapidly and accurately into the information system.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service.Resolve emerging problems faced by customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency.Maintain a smooth flow of communication between customers and internal departments.Register and document all interactions in the system.Participate in continuous training programs to stay updated on best practices.Process orders, verify product quality, and coordinate shipments.Provide post‐sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsMinimum of 1‐year experience in customer service or call center environments.Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal communication required).
