MacEwan University is seeking Customer Service Representative I’s for casual opportunities with our Sport and Wellness department. Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, you will provide high-quality front-line service to the guests of MacEwan University Sport and Wellness in a friendly, welcoming manner that promotes a sense of belonging for all individuals and groups coming to the facility, including students, employees, and the public at large.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and coordinating access into and throughout the facility;
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate services;
• Completing registration and maintenance processes for memberships, parking, locker rental, towel service, courses and services, and pro shop sales;
