Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process rental quotations, reservations, contracts, and invoices in compliance with company policies
- Assist Operations Manager with service administrative tasks
- Coordinate and track daily equipment pick-ups and returns
- Work in a fast paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality service and sales
- Service writing; providing equipment maintenance and shop service records
- Assist with deliveries and preparing equipment for rental
- Identify customer needs and react appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitors
- Suggest equipment and supplies to meet customer needs
- Answering customer inquiries urgently and efficiently
- Picking orders
- Putting away equipment and tools
- Continuous inventory checks
- General house keeping
- General warehouse duties
