Your ability to provide vehicle recommendations and manage requests will be critical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong relationships with assigned B2B clients
• Oversee daily management of client fleet operations
• Offer vehicle recommendations and manage orders
• Attend manufacturer presentations for client education
• Update client profiles and handle billing requests
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French is required
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• 3-5 years of B2B customer service experience
