Customer Service Officer - Chinatown Point
Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and visitors
Attend to queries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
Assist in customer loyalty programmes and redemption of reward programmes
Any other duties as assign by the Centre Management Office
Requirements
GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent with 1 year experience in retail or hospitality industry in a customer service role
Candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply
Familiar with MS Office - MS Word and MS Excel
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly demeanor with strong service excellence mindset
