Job Description
Overseas Sales Order Management.
Handling expedites requests from the Customer.
Providing recovery dates for any schedules that will not ship on time.
Coordinating transportation/logistics with shipping department and Customer.
**Experience**:
2+ years' experience in Customer Service or similar role.
- SAP (preferred)/ MRP.
- Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).
- Logistic/Transportation process.
- English proficient (Advanced).
- Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent organizational ability and effectively with internal and external parties.
- Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
