**Customer Service Representative****What you'll do**:- Meet with new accounts in the onboarding process and start an ongoing working relationship- Provide white glove service to assigned clients- Maintain existing account relationships through weekly/biweekly meetings designed to be proactive with account concerns or issues- Assist with importation documents and work with brokers along with our import/export team for incoming and outgoing shipments- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions- Effectively direct, coordinate, and follow-up unresolved issues with different departments if needed- Monitor account activity such as orders, inventory, shipping, and more- Order Processing/ MangementAcount follow up**What you'll need**:- Experience in the customer service field- Ability to learn software systems- Strong empathy for Merchants and a passion for revenue and growth- Strong attention to detail and high-level organizational skills ar...
