Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive customer requirments and orders and enter them into the ERP system, maintaining constant communication with customers to clarify any question and confirm delivery dates.
- Follow up and drive resolution of disputes on sales orders/deliveries/replacements/returnable packagining to guarantee the best possible service level to ensure a balance of customer satisfaction.
- Manage protocol for data and electronic communication with customers.
- Access customer supplier portals as applicable (Ford & Stellantis) to support kanban call off, service requirments and overall customer feedback processes. Manage demand from customer communication and ensure a demand plan is generated into the ERP system.
- Manage escalating supply issues ensuring customer communication is accurate and timely. Accountable to obtain customer approval for packaging (expandable and returnable as applicable).
