The Customer Care Advocate I serves as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, quotes, product questions, and other support.
This role ensures a seamless experience by owning issues, collaborating across departments, and responding quickly.

Resolve standard customer escalations, aiming for first‐contact resolution when possible.
