Job Description
A Customer Service Associate (CSA) serves as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products/services via phone, email, or chat to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty, involving tasks like processing orders, managing accounts, troubleshooting issues, and documenting interactions while collaborating with other teams.
Customer Service Responsibilities list:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
