Customer Service and Project Coordinator
Job Description
**Job Title**: Bilingual Customer Service and Project Coordinator.
- Update customers on their project status.
- Handle service calls and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or project management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
BIWEEKLY payment.
- Fully paid training.
