Tasks
Provide customer service to clients regarding shipments and deliveries. Manage OS&D (Over, Short & Damage). Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues. Enter and update information in the AS400 system. Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and internal teams. Perform various administrative tasks related to transportation operations. Perform any other duties related to the position. Advantages
